Rajesh Kapoor has impacted the skyline of much of the built environment of metropolitan India, with an unmistakable identifying stamp. He set up his business in 1995 with a dedication to design excellence, efficient delivery and sophistication in building technology. Today, RAJESH KAPOOR heads the famous architectural firm in India, with over 51 team members, comprising of architects, urban/town planners, interior designers, landscape artists, civil engineers, CAD operators and 3D and graphic designers. The firm has to its credit over 250 clients and 24 million square foot is handed over and 36000 thousand sq. Ft area ongoing projects in 2 cities in India.
Rajesh Kapoor was born in New Delhi and studied at New Delhi. He completed his architectural studies from RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
However his career began far earlier, in 1993 when he worked as apprentice with Ar. Achal kataria Architects, New Delhi.
In 1995, Ar. Rajesh Kapoor started his own individual Architecture Practice and designed lots of architectural projects between 1995 – 2024. His work spans the gamut of possibilities of the constructed space: bungalows, residential developments, hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, commercial complexes, shopping malls, educational institutions.

Gaurav Suri is a Senior Architect responsible for Architectural Design and Coordination. With 20 years of experience in Architectural Works, he has designed and delivered over 15.5 million sqft of Projects of various types. He leads a team of Architects and Designers to formulate a strategy for Architectural Design, so as to design the Project from inside-out. He graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture.
Mr. Rastogi is our Structural engineers and he has a strong grasp of physics, three-dimensional conceptual skills and creative problem solving methods. Outside of an ability to apply principles of mechanics, mathematics and physics to construct safe , make it a sustainable building, his role is to design the structure, investigate the strength and threats, communicate and manage the overall process.
Akshat Kapoor is a Architect responsible for Drawings and Coordination. With 5 years of experience, he has designed and delivered nearly 4.5 million sqft of Projects of various types. He is the team leader and he keeps providing guidance to all the members and interns during their internship He graduated from Sushant School of Art & Architecture & did his internship from Habitat Design Architects. After his graduation, he was a part of SWBI Architects for 4 years where he handled projects ranging from 5 lac to 9 lac sqft. After that has been a part of Kapcon Architects.
Pujit Kapoor is an Architect responsible for Drawings and Coordination. He did his internship in Kapcon Architects for 6 months and after his graduation, the firm hired him on full time basis. He has designed and delivered nearly 0.45 million sqft of Projects of various types. He assists his seniors with their work. He graduated from Sushant School of Art & Architecture, did his internship from Kapcon Architects and after his graduation , he has been a part of Kapcon Architects.
Sneha is an Interior Design responsible for Drawings and Coordination. With 18+ years of experience in Interior Works, she has designed and delivered nearly 12.5 million sqft of projects of various types. She assists the senior architect in all sort of work scope and makes it possible for the firm to deliver the projects within the prescribed time duration. She graduated from Bangalore School of Design.
Shruti is an Interior Design responsible for Drawings and Coordination. With 15+ years of experience in Interior Works, she has designed and delivered nearly 10.0 million sqft of projects of various types. She assists the senior architect in all sort of work scope and makes it possible for the firm to deliver the projects within the prescribed time duration. She graduated from National Institute Of Design, Ahmedabad.
Gyanendra is responsible for Drawing Rough And Detailed Scale Plans For Foundations, Buildings And Structures, Based On Preliminary Concepts, Sketches, Engineering Calculations. He has been a part of Kapcon Architects since 2012. He holds a Certificate Advance Course in AutoCAD Architecture . Working Experience Of One Year at creative group in chhattarpur. Have Good Knowledge of all kind of details and have experience in 2D and 3D drafting. He also supervises the site twice a week.
Mr. Praveen is our Account Head and is responsible for Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles. He has been a part of Kapcon Architects since 2012.
Sanjeev is our in-house expert not just in the design stage but throughout the project. He actually work closely with the client in terms of cost-efficiency, system functionality and schedule. Since he is an expert in his field, he has a wide range of technological knowledge and experience. This aids us in fulfilling the clients job responsibly with utmost professionalism.
The HVAC consultant shall ensure that all the different alternatives are analyzed properly and completely by making sure that all the aspects of the design are covered and also cover a wide spectrum of time intervals, which is critical for any project.
Mr. Jitender is an expert in a variety of fields, including structural, materials, fire, waterproofing, construction, fabrication, contractual and environmental physics. As the facade consultant, he is often involved in review commissions, QA/QC and sometimes even façade remedial and forensic services, the level of this expertise must be of the highest order.
Aditya Singh is an Intern responsible for Drawings and Coordination.
